Replay provided by Rob (Ken Block), 15 mins worth of replay, enough to proof this guy is cheating the bank bonus.

explanation:
From the replay, you can see that the guy being reported did not leave the pits at all, neither did he say anything in the chat.
From the pictures, you can see that exactly 15 minutes has passed which should have disabled bank bonus, but he still received bank bonus.

PS: Sorry for the big picture, had to make sure the text were clear.

It actually has happened to me aswell, no idea how I "did it", afaik I just entered the spectator mode and bonus started to count down.
