Who banned you? : Lonni



how long you think he banned you? : 30 days



he banned you for? : crashing? insulting?



why the ban is unfair for you? : i was bumping into him a couple of times 3-4 times not hard than he bumps into me back than he calls be a nab for parking parallel even tho i was between the lines? and than he bans me? is he joking? or is that pure hate?

Okay i'll be totally honest here and my opinion on this ban is that its not exactly a "fair" ban. I don't see why someone would be banned for what I have seen in the replay, yes, he didn't park properly but he wasn't causing any harm to anyone. He did bump into Lonni a couple of times but it was softly..And Lonni did it back softly once too when he went to park. I don't see in the Ban List a "Remix" of replays, and this is the only replay there.

In my opinion, you should of been kicked or warned and not banned.

I will leave the final decision to an admin such as Kietux or Darklord.

I've also watched the replay. That's not a reason to ban, I didn't saw any word coming from Lonni telling him to stop, when supposedly he has to warn him. But if that's a reason to ban, why doesn't Vanzeto get banned too? He also bumped Catalin a couple of times and he doesn't get punishment. (Don't misunderstand me Vanzeto, I luv yu pls).

I've noticed that, when some admin is argueing with a player, some other players start bullying that player and they dont get punished, for some reason I don't understand. And I'm tired of that. But anyways, I don't see there any reason to ban Catalin. Waiting for Kietux/Darklord to make the final decision.

I've watched the replay and I could see some clues of insulting at catalin's side, but they weren't direct at any situation, you could just think anything you like.
"Lonni: I have a sore throat"
"Cata: It was too big?"
That's not direct at all, but it's still kinda rude.

Admin shouldn't be such a soft skin, we can't let others insult us, but we also shouldn't react to simple things like that.

Now.. I haven't seen any proper crashing, just one bump at the end, but previously, you Lonni stood next to him like provoking a cruise or something, it's a playful behavior, but you denied it from catalin?

Unfortunatly I can't watch the replay because I don't have a PC with LFS on it but what I can tell from what Kietux put that was in the conversation , that is very rude and as I know Cata he wouldn't stop even if he'd kicked , if anything it'd get worse .
If I Was in his (Lonni's) shoes I would ban him , and that's without me looking at the crash which was probably also provokative.
and the 30 days Kietux was accroding to the rules , it was his 3rd ban therefore , 30 days is the punishment.

Metagross didn't do anything wrong, he only helped with this ban appeal.

Now, you didn't watch the replay and didn't see the whole situation, Lonni and Cata were playing with each other all the time, it's not like catalin was just insulting him or anything, they were both in the same state of mind.

So this was already called, unbanned.
